Preview policies
Is purchasing required?

No. Purchasing is not required to access the normal game. The store is a secondary way to support Avaris.

How are products delivered?

Only a verified signed provider event can queue delivery. Failed test deliveries remain retryable and are never fulfilled from a browser redirect, Discord message, screenshot, or character name alone.

Are tokens or bonds tradeable?

No. Purchased Avaris Tokens are account-bound, non-tradeable, non-droppable, protected on death, unsellable, unlistable, non-convertible to GP, and non-withdrawable. Bond redemption is disabled.

How do supporter ranks work?

Ranks use net settled lifetime support: Donator at $10, Super Donator at $50, Extreme Donator at $250, and Legendary Donator at $750. Benefits are cumulative and legitimate historical support is preserved.

Can purchases be refunded?

Refunds and chargebacks retain a complete ledger history, recalculate support safely, and enter review when unspent-token reversal cannot fully reconcile the account. A refund request does not automatically ban an account.

What happens if fulfillment fails?

The order remains auditable and retryable. Support staff can investigate without granting tokens manually unless the owner-only manual fulfillment switch is explicitly enabled.

Who should I contact for support?

Use the Avaris community support channel. A direct Discord destination will be published when approved.

Are purchases transferable between accounts?

No. Checkout requires a linked immutable account ID, and tokens cannot be transferred to another account.
